¶1Heard Sri Jai Prakash Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shaiwal Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunl Kumar Kushwaha, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to pass an order in favour of applicants in Case Crime No. 592 of 2022, under Sections 457, 380, 411 IPC, P.S. Kotwali Urai, District Jalaun in the light of the direction laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohd. Imran @ Vikki vs State of U.P. in SLP No.8914-8915/2018 dated

29.10.2018 in relation to submission of sureties and personal bond in the cases in which he is in judicial custody.

¶3Contention of learned counsel for the applicants is that the applicants are real brother and they have been released on bail in three cases mentioned in para 9 of the affidavit. He further submits that because of poor financial conditions, they are unable to execute separate bail bonds and sureties in all three cases.

¶4Considering the submission of counsel for the parties and in the light of judgement of the Apex Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohd. Imran @ Vikki vs State of U.P. (supra), it is directed that in case, applicants furnish bail bonds and sureties in any of three cases, the same shall be treated or valid for remaining two cases.
