¶1Heard Shri Rahul Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2Out of five prayers made in this writ petition, prayer No. (c) is reproduced as follows: "(c). A writ, order or direction to direct the respondent No. 1 and 2 to decide the representation/application dated 05.07.2017 in terms of judgement dated 17.10.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ C No. 30731 of 2016 (C/M Naraini Devi Mahavidyalaya and 4 others vs State of U.P. and 4 others) forthwith."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel submits that in this matter Special Task Force is already investigating the matter.

¶4Without entering into the merits of the claim raised by means of the aforesaid representation, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 , Director Social Welfare, U.P. Lucknow to pass a speaking order on the aforesaid representation within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
