¶1Heard Shri Jayant Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Shri Bharat Pratap Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.

¶2Three prayers have been made in this writ petition, however after hearing the learned counsel, I find it appropriate to issue a direction to respondent No. 4, Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. Prayagraj to act in furtherance of communication dated 03.10.2023 issued by respondent No. 5, Principal/Deputy Director, District Education and Training Centre, Muzaffar Nagar/Shamli in the matter of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law on the merits of the petitioner's claim on or before 15.12.2023.
