¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 1 to 4.

¶2Petitioner, through this writ petition, has challenged the order dated 31.7.2023 passed by the Manager, Committee of Management Saraswati Junior High School, Sarai Akil, Kaushambi, whereby services of the petitioner have been placed under suspension.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, District Basic Education, Kaushambi has disapproved the suspension order dated 31.7.2023 and, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

¶4In view of the aforesaid submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Order Date :- 18.10.2023 n.u. High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
