As per report received from the District Magistrate, Amroha, no compensation was paid to the opposite party no.2 with regard to the present case. In compliance of the Court order dated 17.07.2023, the trial court has transmitted the certified copy of the compromise deed and the certified copy of the verification order dated 10.08.2023 passed thereon to this Court. Vide compromise verified by the trial court the parties have no grievance against each other. Now they want to dispose of their cases. 10.08.2023 passed thereon shall form part of this order. The appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise between the parties. The cognizance order dated 21.07.2022 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Amroha is set aside and the entire proceedings of Session Case No.601/2022 (State Versus Ali Mohammad) arising out of Case Crime No. 64/ 2022 under Sections 406/420/504/506 IPC and Section 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Bachhraun, District Amroha, are hereby quashed.
