¶1Sri P.K. Giri, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Sri Pankaj Kumar, learned AGA has made a statement before this Court that charge sheet has been submitted against applicant under Section 14-C of Foreigners Act.
¶2Learned counsel for the applicant submits that at this stage he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file comprehensive bail application.
¶3Accordingly, the present bail application is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
