¶1Heard Sri Lavlesh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri A.C. Nishad, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Pradeep Singh on behalf of respondent no.25

¶2Petitioner has rushed to this Court being aggrieved by impugned order dated 19.7.2023, whereby the effect and implementation of order dated 28.3.2023 passed by Settlement Officer of Consolidation was kept in abeyance.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioners submits that despite order was confirmed in a proceeding under Rule 109-A of Uttar Pradesh Consolidation and Holdings Rules, 1954 by order dated 26.4.2023, and it was brought into the knowledge of concerned authority, still interim order was passed. 4, Learned counsel further submits that due to interim order, respondents are trying to dispossess the petitioners.

¶5Interim order was passed on 19.7.2023 and we are now in tenth month of this year. However, there is no material on record that any untoward incident has taken place, therefore, the apprehension of petitioners presented before this Court has no basis. Still considering that issue of possession leads to major disputes, therefore, in order to avoid such situation, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Director of Consolidation to decide the Revision Petition preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.
