Shri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned Chief Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that the water supply to the locality has resumed. Shri Sanjeev Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid submission. District Magistrate, Prayagraj as well as other officers of various departments are present in Court. An assurance has been given on behalf of the District Magistrate, Prayagraj, that grievances of a similar nature of citizens of the city shall be looked into with promptitude. Personal appearance of District Magistrate, Prayagraj as well as officers of various departments who present in Court is exempted. In view of the above, the petition is finally disposed of.
