¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 as well as Smt. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 2, 3 and 4.

¶2Petitioner has filed this writ petition inter-alia praying therein for a direction from this court thereby commanding the respondents to ensure allotment of school to the petitioner in District Bahraich.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been allotted school and has been given posting as Assistant Teacher in Primary School Nai Basti, Block Mihipurwa, District Bahraich. It has also been pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that petitioner is also being paid salary regularly.
