This petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "1) to restrain the defendants-respondents no. 2 to 5 till the disposal of 6C application is pending before Civil Judge ( S.D.), Bareilly since 2021. 2). to maintain the status quo in Gata No. 183 situated in Village Kandhapur Tehsil Sadar District Bareilly till the disposal of 6C application pending before Civil Judge ( S.D.) Bareilly since 2021." After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition which has been filed concerning Original Suit No. 921 of 2021 ( Lalta Prasad Vs. Tej Ram and others) that was instituted in the court of Civil Judge (Senior division), Bareilly. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
