¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents conduct attendance of petitioners through National Mobile Monitoring System (NMMS) and conduct Geo-Tagging and to allot the petitioners work, assigned under MGNREGA Scheme at Village Parasani, Gram Panchayat Dhimrai, District Etawah II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider and pass appropriate order upon the representation dated 16.09.2023 preferred by the petitioners for the aforesaid cause."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer.

¶4In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3, namely, Chief Developent Officer, Etawah to look into and consider the claim of the petitioners as raised in representation dated 16.09.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of thirty days from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
