¶1No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners to press the petition.

¶2Sri Sagar Srivastava, Advocate holding brief of Sri K.M. Asthana states that the petitioners have not complied with the order dated 29.08.2023. Today no one also appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

¶3Under such circumstances, we have no other option left us but to dismiss the writ petition.
