¶1Heard Sri R.B. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and Sri Amarjeet Choudhary, learned counsel for the informant.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 18.6.2023 in Case Crime No. 181 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Husainganj, District Fatehpur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 248 of 2023 has been forwarded on 1.10.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶5Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
