¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ambrish Shukla, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred for following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ/ order/ direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2, 3 & 4 to maintain law and order by making sure of compliance of order dated

13.4.2022 passed by the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Poorvi, Ballia whereby the same has restrained the respondent nos.6 to 10 to not make any interference/ encroachment over petitioner's bhumidhari land bearing arazi no.1130/2 having area 0.656 acre situated at Mauza Karnai, Pargana and Tehsil Ballia, District Ballia so that the justice may be done.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to take action on application dated 4.8.2023 by deciding the same expeditiously, so that justice may be done."

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking respondent no.4-Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Ballia to look into, examine and redress the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously.
