¶1Heard Shri Atul Tej Kulshrestha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 18.8.2023, registered at Case Crime No.350 of 2023, under Sections 376, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Dhampur, District Bijnor.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the Final Report No.104 of 2023 has been forwarded on 10.9.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
