¶1Heard Shri Krishna Kumar Chaurasia, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Bhaskar Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents, and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 13.1.2023, registered at Case Crime No.0012 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 313, 498-A IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Katra, District Mirzapur.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that the charge-sheet no.144 of 2023 has been forwarded on 30.8.2023 in the present case, and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
