¶1Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file fresh bail application as there are inherent defects in the bail application.

¶2Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection.

¶3Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
