¶1Heard Shri Shiv Sharan Singh holding brief of Shri Rahul Chaudhary, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Krishna Dutt Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant and Shri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State respondent.

¶2The petitioners, by means of present writ petition is seeking quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated

19.06.2023, registered as Case Crime No.0122 of 2023, under Section 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Nagphani, District Moradabad.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
