¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Uttara Bahugna, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel.

¶2Present writ petition has been preferred for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no.5, 6 & 7 to issue certified copy of Khewat No.5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13 and plots mentioned in those khewats and Non Z.A. Khatani of 1426-31 DF. of Plot No.507/0.115 hectare, plot no.510/0.064, 511/0.114, 512/0.040, 515/0.017, 516/0.039 hectare, situate in village Baruin, Tehsil Zamania, District Ghazipur."

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner moves appropriate application ventilating his grievance before respondent no.7 within ten days, the grievance of the petitioner shall be redressed in accordance with law expeditiously.
