The present petition has been filed praying for a mandamus commanding the police authorities of the district to provide cooperation to the officers of the Jal Sansthan while separate water connection is given to the house of the petitioner. It is for the Jal Sansthan to ask for police cooperation for doing its duties and no mandamus as prayed can be issued. The petitioner may approach the Jal Sansthan. The writ petition is dismissed.
