¶1The petitioner had been served with a bill/demand notice dated

29.6.2023. He had objected to the demand notice on 7.7.2023.

¶2Learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that if the petitioner applies afresh under Clause 6.15 of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005 in accordance with the provisions contained therein then the same shall be considered by the department in accordance with law.

¶3In such circumstances, it is provided that if the petitioner moves an application afresh under Clause 6.15 of the Electricity Supply Code, 2005 within the next one month from today alongwith a certified copy of this order, then the same shall be considered and decided in a month from the date of filing of the application.

¶4For a period of two months, no recovery shall be pressed against the petitioner.
