The petitioner who is admittedly resident of Patna has been visited with the order dated 22.6.2022, passed by Chairman, Dozier Scrutiny Board, Keosub Unit, BCCL Dhanbad, Jharkhand having not found correct authentication as to the thumb impression etc., even though the petitioner had been selected for the Central Industrial Security Force by the Staff Selection Commission,Central Division, Prayagraj but since neither notice of the order has been served in the State of U.P., nor the authority seated is in the State of U.P. who has passed the order, in my considered view, no cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. In view of above, I decline to entertain the present petition on the ground of territorial jurisdiction, however liberty rests with the petitioner to apply before the Court having territorial jurisdiction in the matter.
