¶1Heard Sri Ram Krishna Koli, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sandeep Choudhary, learned A.GA. for the State.

¶2The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of the summoning order dated 19-05-2023 as well as entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 11161 of 2021 (Amarpal Singh Vs. Bhismpal Singh), under Section 420 IPC, P.S.Kotwali Nagar, district Etah, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah.

¶3I have carefully perused the impugned order and in the considered opinion of this Court, there is no illegality in the impugned order dated 19-05-2023 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etah, therefore, the instant application is devoid of merits and is hereby dismissed.
