The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is regarding restoration of his domestic electricity connection. The petitioner has also submitted a representation for the said purpose before the Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Khand II, Mainpuri, i.e., respondent No. 4. It has been stated in the petition that no decision is being taken by the Executive Engineer on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner. It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending and, therefore, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files fresh representation alongwith the certified copy of this order before the Executive Engineer, Dakshinanchal Vidyut Vitran Khand II, Mainpuri within 15 days from today, the Executive Engineer is directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation and take appropriate action in accordance with law depending on the decision within next one month.
