¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the material on record.

¶2Learned Chief Standing Counsel submitted that an F.I.R. has been lodged in the matter against petitioner No. 2 at the instance of respondent No. 4, the father of petitioner No. 1.

¶3No objection raised by learned counsel for the petitioners to the contention made by counsel for State-respondents
