¶1Matter taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present.

¶2The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 25.04.1988 passed by VIIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahar, in Session Trial No. 262 of 1985.

¶3As per the office report dated 30.09.2023, a report of C.J.M. Bulandshahar dated 27.09.2023 has been received stating therein that the appellants, namely, Islam @ Gama and Shameema have died. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

¶4This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellants have died.

¶5In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
