¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred to quash the proceedings of case no. 3871 of 2020 as well as charge-sheet dated

03.01.2018 arising out of case crime no. 634 of 2017 under Section 323, 504, 506, 452, 308 I.P.C., P.S. Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar on the basis of compromise.

¶3At the outset, Mr. Kailash Nath, learned counsel for the applicants submits that on account of some defect, the applicants do not want to press this application, therefore, same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh application.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer.

¶5In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicants at the bar, instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
