¶1Heard Shri Sachin Kanaujiya, learned counsel for the applicants; Shri Rajesh Sharma, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A for the State. Counter affidavit filed by learned counsel for the informant is taken on record.Nothing significant has been stated in the counter affidavit.

¶2The applicants were enlarged on interim bail by this court on 14.09.2023.

¶3Learned A.G.A has also not filed any counter affidavit.

¶4In view of the above, interim bail granted to the applicants by this court on 14.09.2023 is hereby confirmed.

¶5The applicants will remain on bail on same terms and conditions as given in the order dated 14.09.2023.

6.Bail application is allowed.

7.The trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period one year.
