The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the court below to decide the proceeding of Case No. 372 of 2015, arising out of Case Crime No. 86 of 2014, under Sections 323, 324, 325, 452 IPC, Police Station Holagarh, District Allahabad, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Allahabad, expeditiously within a stipulated time. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court concerned is directed to make an endeavour to decide the pending case referred to above strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight months expeditiously preferably without granting any unnecessary or unduly adjournments to the parties concerned.
