¶1Heard Shri Deepak Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Sudhanshu Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Shri Virendra Kumar Pal, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.08.2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0285 of 2023, under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC, Police Station Barra, District Kanpur Nagar.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submits that charge-sheet No. 291 of 2023 has already been forwarded on 16.09.2023 against the petitioner no.1-Sumit Singh Parmar whereas petitioner no.2-Lokendra Singh, Petitioner no.3-Yogesh Singh and petitioner no.4-Smt. Devmati have been exonerated and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
