¶2This is third bail application. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Vinod Kumar Misra, J. (as he was then) vide order dated 30.11.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 37602 of 2017. The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Pratyush Kumar, J. (as he was then) vide order dated 13.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 18178 of 2017.

¶3As per office report dated 09.10.2023, the trial court record has been received stating therein that the trial in the matter has concluded.
