¶1Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing counsel for State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: "a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondent no. 3 Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil-Sadar, District-Azamgarh to comply the order dated 17.07.2020 passed in Case no. 02372/2020 computer case no. T-202015060602372 (Nirmala Devi and others vs. Rajbali and others) under Section 24 U.P. Revenue Code-2006. b) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and direct the respondent no. 3 to decide the application dated 06.09.2023 moved by the petitioner."

¶3At the very outset, learned Standing counsel for State respondents came up with specific instructions which is taken on record through which it transpired that order dated 17.07.2020 has already been complied with and as such no cause of action survives for petitioner to further pursue the instant petition.
