¶1Heard Shri Badri Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri J.N. Maurya, learned Chief Standing Counsel assisted by Shri Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2On previous occasion, coordinate Bench of this Court directed State authorities to provide instructions in the matter, today when the matter had been taken up, learned Standing Counsel have the specific instructions that proceedings under Section 333 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, has already been decided vide order dated 09.02.2016, wherein it has been stated that petitioner is having alternative remedy for redressal of his grievance before appropriate authority.

¶3Be that as it may, without going into the merits of the matter, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the respondent no.3 for redressal of his grievance, which shall be decided by respondent no.3 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order along with application.
