The petitioner has moved an application before the respondent no. 2-District Magistrate, Saharanpur, for shifting of the water tank. Without going into the merits of the case, we leave it open to the respondent no. 2-District Magistrate, Saharanpur, to decide the representation of the petitioner preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case the respondent no. 2-District Magistrate, Saharanpur, came to a conclusion that the matter requires urgent directions, he may do so. In view of the above, the petition is finally disposed of.
