¶1The present petition has been filed with the following relief :- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to give his delist share money and claimed compensation for loss of earnings and challenging 19 July, 2023 expiry Reliance Ce 2960 (F & O)."

¶2The petition involves disputed questions of fact and therefore, writ petition is not the appropriate remedy. The petitioner may exercise any other remedy available to him under the law.
