¶1Heard Shri Vishnu Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners through video conferencing and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 04.09.2023 in Case Crime No. 427 of 2023, under Section 366 IPC, Police Station Mandi Dhanaura, District Amroha.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent submitted that the F.R. no. 64 of 2023 has been forwarded on 28.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
