¶1Grievance of the petitioner is that though his application seeking the compounding is pending since 27.01.2023 but till date the same has not been decided. The limited prayer of the petitioner is that a direction may be issued for deciding the said application.

¶2Learned counsel appearing for the Kanpur Development Authority submits that pending application of the petitioner would be decided within one month, if already not decided.

¶3Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the Kanpur Development Authority to decide pending application of the petitioner, if already not decided, within 45 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
