¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus commanding the second respondent to de-freeze the account of the petitioner i.e. Account No.23850200000140, IFSC Code FDRL0002385 and allow the petitioner to run his account for both debit and credit facilities. Further prayed to command the respondents to compensate the losses accrued by the petitioner on account of de-freezing the account.

¶3After hearing the parties at length, once the Court has indicated its mind in negative, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition be dismissed as not pressed.

¶4Prayer made is allowed.
