¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that direction may be issued to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sevrai, District Ghazipur-fourth respondent to consider and decide her representation dated 24.08.2023 expeditiously.

¶3Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with a direction to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sevrai, District Ghazipur-fourth respondent to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of petitioner expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
