¶1Heard Shri Babu Lal Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.07.2023 in Case Crime No. 198 of 2023, under Sections 452, 354, 323, 506, 34 IPC, Police Station Kandharapur, District Azamgarh.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent submitted that the charge-sheet no. 165 of 2023 has been forwarded on 04.09.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
