¶1Heard Sri Punya Sheel Pandey, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.

¶3Prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners is not opposed by learned A.G.A.

¶4In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
