Court No. - 48 Case :- WRIT - B No. - 1508 of 2023 Petitioner :- Shiv Narayan Singh Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 9 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rahul Kumar Gupta,Satyendra Narayan Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Arun Kumar Pandey,Dharm Vir Jaiswal,Harsh Vikram Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J. Heard counsel for parties and perused the record. I find merit in the argument of Sri Satyendra Narayan Singh, learned counsel for petitioner that Revisional Authority has passed the impugned order which is bereft of reasons as required in terms of provisions under Section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953, therefore, impugned order is set aside and matter is remitted back to Deputy Director of Consolidation to pass the order after hearing all the parties, expeditiously, within a period of three months and taking note of above referred provisions under Section 48 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Order Date :- 19.10.2023 P. Pandey High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
