¶1Heard Shri Sudhanshu Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 10.08.2023 in Case Crime No. 381 of 2023, under Section 363 IPC, Police Station Pipiganj, District Gorakhpur.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
