¶1In compliance of the order of this Court dated 5.10.2023, instruction dated 17.10.2023 has been placed before the Court by Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned stat law officer, which is taken on record.

¶2Sri Srivastava, on the basis of instruction, submitted that in respect to plot nos.74M & 10, which are recorded as pond and khalihan in the revenue records, proceeding under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated against the persons who are in illegal possession of the same. Particulars of the cases are as under:- T202315510302055,T202315510302056,T20231551030205

¶3Sri Srivastava shall serve a copy of the instruction dated

17.10.2023 upon the counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.

¶3In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Madhuban, Mau to decide the aforesaid 3 cases to its logical conclusion, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 4 months, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before the authority concerned, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, in accordance with law.
