¶1Heard Shri Indra Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 09.05.2023 in Case Crime No. 128 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 352, 354Kha, 376, 506, 511 IPC, Police Station Mahuadeeh, District Deoria.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. A 161 of 2023 has been filed on 07.07.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
