In compliance of the order dated 26.09.2023 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad has submitted its report dated 27.09.2023, according to which trial has been concluded on 22.09.2022 and the applicant has been convicted, therefore, the present bail has become infructuous.
