¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Azad Rai, learned counsel for Gaon Sabha and Shri R.M. Upadhyay, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

¶2In pith and substance, the petitioner is praying that direction may be issued to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Prayagraj-third respondent to consider and decide his representation dated 02.01.2023 and ensure completion of interlocking road in village of the petitioners, expeditiously.

¶3Be that as it may, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. Without adverting on the merits of the case, the writ petition, on consent, is disposed of with a direction to Sub Divisional Magistrate, Handia, District Prayagraj-third respondent to consider and decide the aforesaid representation/claim of petitioner expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, but certainly after giving audience to all the stake holders in the matter.
