In compliance of the order dated 05.10.2023 passed by this Court, the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, District Hathras has submitted its report dated 13.10.2023, according to which trial has been concluded on 22.05.2023 whereby the applicant has been convicted, therefore, the present bail has become infructuous.
