¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Petitioner seems to have not been paid post retirement dues for which he has already approached this Court vide Writ A No.14797 of 2019 in which direction was issued on

26.09.2029 for disposal of his claim.

¶3However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner has not been disposed of till date.

¶4If that is so, further opportunity is afforded to the respondent authorities to comply with the order dated

26.09.2029 within two months of production of certified copy of this order failing which it will be open for the petitioner to apply for contempt.
