Act), Ghaziabad as well as further proceedings of Complaint Case No. 137 of 2022 (Anwar Hussain vs. Gaur Homes Residents Welfare Association), under Section 138 N.I. Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-III, Ghaziabad. 2-On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to file criminal revision. 3-Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to such prayer of the applicant. 4-In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant application is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty.
